Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Currently we are providing FREE delivery within India on orders above INR 500, any item purchased below INR 500 will automatically charged INR 50 per delivery for any domestic location.

Orders received before afternoon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our delivery partner delivers orders within 5 to 7 working days.

To cancel your order, send us an email by filling this form and we will cancel your orders or you can also send us an email at sales@maslapetika.com with your order no and date.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the product has been dispatched from our fulfilment center.

Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme available for customer if s/he doesn’t get desired product/products in specified time and process of the refund of agreed amount, as mentioned in the invoice. We have a very specific time-limit of 7 days return policy, and refund initiation, subject to meeting of conditions of the product.

Delivery Partners

For domestic delivery across India we work primarily with trusted delivery partners, and it takes 5-7 working days for delivery.
